Our recruitment catchment area is spread across the country. At entry level, for Managerial Workforce, we hire from Premier Engg. Institutes. The Non-Management Workforce is hired through Technical Trainee Schemes. We select cadre group from across country and groom them with a view of developing 'Future Managers' in line with the strategic objectives of the organization. Further, fresh talent with Post Graduate in Economics, Psychology, Commerce and Statistics is recruited through the Officer Trainee Scheme.

The Cadre recruits undergo a 6-12 month on the job training period, in which they are assigned various rotational assignments. These assignments may be cross functional and are chosen to give them exposure across locations and business units. Post training, the trainees are placed in functional areas based on their performance reviews and overall needs of the organization.
